This helps you reduce tension headaches, lower your heart rate, and improve the blood circulation in your face. You can choose from 3 preset programs to improve your focus and your sleep. And you can adjust the vibration and temperature with the 3 different intensity settings. Via Bluetooth, you can connect the Smart Goggles to the Therabody app. The app provides sound therapy, which you can use to expand your massage. You’ll unwind even more as a result. And thanks to the foldable design, you can easily take the goggles with you in the included storage cover.
