With the Weber Lumin Compact, you can grill for about 6 people at the same time. You can easily move this electric barbecue in the garden or take it with you to the park or the campsite. You can grill both directly and indirectly, so you can prepare different dishes. For example, you can roast meat at a high temperature of up to 315°C or steam vegetables in the steam reservoir. Want the smoke flavor of a charcoal barbecue? Use the smoke setting and add smoking sawdust in the smoke reservoir. The lid holds on to heat and ensures a good heat distribution. You can see the temperature on the lid thermometer. Thanks to the grease drain, grease won’t get on the heating elements. This makes the barbecue easy to clean.
